I then told her I would refinance based on her recommendation. I gave her what my price range was as far as what I wanted my mortgage rate to be. She then told me she would work the numbers and would get back to me. To my surprise, she had the numbers by the end of day, mind you, I called her around noon that day. Her turn around time, exceeded my expectation, and she also came right within my price range. I cannot express how great it was to work with "Dee" and how easy she made this process. She was is in constant communication with me, even if she was out of the office, she was always available to answer any questions for me. This whole process took less than a month and she was very detailed in explaining everything to me throughout this process.
