New single family maximum loan amount = $548,250
Dyer Mortgage is now accepting loan applications with the new higher maximum loan amount for all conforming conventional loans.
Conventional:
Single family homes = $548,250
2 unit homes/duplex = $702,000
3 unit homes/triplex = $848,500
4 unit homes/quadplex = $1,054,500
Indian River County also has the increased loan amounts; please contact us for maximum loan amounts anywhere in the US.
Generally VA maximum loan amounts with $0 down payment will also increase to match Fannie Mae. Dyer Mortgage offers VA financing up to $2,000,000; please call for details. The VA maximum loan amount is now $548,250 for a single family residence.
